Absolutely not! You don’t need to be "fit" to start group training. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, catering to all fitness levels—whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience. Everyone is welcome!

Our experienced coaches will guide you through each session, offering modifications and support to ensure you’re working at a level that suits you. Whether you're starting your fitness journey, coming back after a break, or looking to challenge yourself further, group training is a fantastic way to stay motivated, connect with others, and build a strong foundation for your goals.

The most important thing is to show up and give it a go. You’ll progress at your own pace, and with the energy and support of the group, you’ll be surprised how quickly you gain strength, confidence, and endurance.

If you have any concerns or specific questions before jumping in, feel free to chat with one of our coaches. We’re here to support you and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Progress is what matters most, and we’ve got your back!

We recommend grabbing an intro pack. It’s a great way to try out different workouts, meet the coaches, get a feel for our community, and see if our timetable suits your schedule.

A few days before your trial ends, we’ll check in via text and email to see if you’re keen to join.

If not, no worries – just let us know.

Plus, if you decide to join but your situation changes, there are no lock-in contracts. Simply give us 2 weeks’ notice to cancel.

Like we said, we want members who choose us because they want to be here, not because they’re locked into a contract.

We recommend starting with a STRONG session as it’s weights-only, slower-paced, and gives you more one-on-one time with the coach to focus on form, technique, and any questions.

The other sessions are great too, however they significantly increase your heart rate, meaning they'll be more challenging.

In every session, the coach will guide you, ensuring you're encouraged and motivated to lift heavier while staying safe and controlled.
