THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION
We’re excited to have you join us! Here’s everything you need to know so your first session is fun, safe, and super effective.
What to bring / wear
● Water bottle
● Sweat towel
● Active wear clothing
● Clean, enclosed shoes
Before your session
● Arrive 10 minutes before the session start time
● The coach will ask about your training background, injuries, answer any questions
● The coach will give you a quick tour of our location
During your session
● We always start on time
● Complete a 5 minute warm up
● The coach will give a clear and simple explanation & demonstration of the workout
● Complete the session which runs for approximately 36 minutes
● We always finish with a 3-4 minute cool down, stretch and chat
After your session
● The coach will check in with you on how you’re feeling and answer any questions

Nothing but 5 stars for one fifty locals! The coaches consistently strive to ensure there is variety of workouts and change up the focus in each session. There hasn’t been one day where I’ve thought that the workout was something I’ve already done! They keep you on your toes! As someone who has been injured and slowly recovering, both coaches listen to my concerns and are great at giving substitute options that still make me feel that I’ve worked hard. Lastly, the friendly faces and the community amongst this gym is something that keeps me coming back!
