One Fifty Locals is a gym focused on long term consistency. At the core of its membership is a commitment to 3 days a week (with options to add on more like - Pilates & R&R Recovery) which I feel creates a more achievable goal while juggling other life commitments. Nothing but 5 stars for one fifty locals! The coaches consistently strive to ensure there is variety of workouts and change up the focus in each session. There hasn’t been one day where I’ve thought that the workout was something I’ve already done! They keep you on your toes! As someone who has been injured and slowly recovering, both coaches listen to my concerns and are great at giving substitute options that still make me feel that I’ve worked hard. Lastly, the friendly faces and the community amongst this gym is something that keeps me coming back!

Love the group session work outs at One Fifty Locals, it's challenging but also a great early morning starter for me a few times a week. The crew at the gym are engaging and supportive, creating an awesome space for anyone to train even at different fitness level.

That’s why we created FREE WEEK — to give Kawana locals the chance to drop in, try a few workouts, enjoy some private recovery sessions, and see if our vibe, coaches, timetable, and community actually fit their lifestyle.

Each session runs for approximately 50 minutes.
We recommend starting with our STRONG session that is run all day, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This is our weights based session and is slow, focused on form and technique and giving you the perfect opportunity to work with our expert coaches to make sure you feel safe and comfortable.
We run sessions for just 1 person and allow a maximum of 24 people in a session.
Unlike other group training that allow up to 40 people in a session. Our smaller classes give our expert coaches the opportunity to provide personalised coaching in a group environment.
Unfortunately not. Our gym is only suitable for 18+ year olds.
R&R Recovery is your private recovery service that sits under the same roof as One Fifty Locals group training. It’s designed to help members recover faster, feel better, and avoid burnout from training. Instead of shared, public recovery spaces, R&R is fully private, so members get their own space to use world-class recovery tools like:
Infrared Sauna → for skin health, detox, and relaxation
Hot/Cold Water Therapy → to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery
Compression Boots → for muscle recovery and reducing soreness
The two businesses are linked as a complete performance and wellness system:
One Fifty Locals provides the training side — group training sessions where people push themselves hard with expert coaching and the support of like-minded locals.
R&R Recovery provides the recovery side — private access to saunas, hot/cold therapy, and compression boots so your body bounces back faster, soreness fades quicker, and you feel ready for the next session.
